Week 3 term 2 New Learning

      NEW LEARNING THIS WEEK

This week I learnt about these things.

I learnt how to Play the Chord Dm on guitar. It makes my fingers stretch all over the neck of the guitar. This guitar teacher has given me the songs called 8 days a week, summer of 69, Our song, Bad moon, Jamaican farewell and moon shadow.

For Maths, I learnt how to do adding decimals with trading. Eg 6.2+18.07= 24.27. I also learnt about negative numbers aswell.

            HOUSE LIFTER!!!

Have you ever been in a flood? Because water can sweep through your house and could damage any non-water resistant things in your house, it could come in with such a force that it could make light waited objects topple to the ground and smash into millions of tiny pieces or it could destroy your power, make mould grow on the walls and much more. This invention will help you and your family survive with your house perfectly fine, how? Well, I will tell you how this works. I think people who live by the beach or in places where usually gets flooded will use this invention and find this machine very useful.

This week I learnt about circuits. There are two different types of circuits, series and parallel. The differences between the circuits are that if you unscrew a bulb in the parallel circuit the rest stay on, and the series one if you unscrew a bulb all of them go out. Most houses run on parallel circuits. I learnt how to make Slime.😸

In an emergency, we can be without electristity. The Get Ready Get Thru' website says we need a torch and spare batteries.
At electronics, we are going to design and make an emergency light for myself.
